About The Position
Treetop ABA Therapy is growing—and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee operations across multiple clinics and home-based service regions. In this role, you’ll manage 5–8 Operations Managers, ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care, and build high-performing, engaged teams that thrive.
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations
- 3+ years leading managers or senior teams
- Strong coaching and performance management skills
- Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care
- Comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (advanced degree a plus)

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers
- Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement
- Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach
- Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement
- Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact
