Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Client Operations Coordinator to support our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple client touchpoints, and takes full ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant supervision. You will be a key point of contact for incoming leads and existing clients, ensuring timely responses, proper vetting, and consistent follow-up across email and phone communication.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
  • Stay on top of daily tasks and follow-through without reminders
  • Answer incoming phone calls and proactively reach out to clients when needed
  • Keep client records organized and up to date
  • Manage inboxes and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Vet and qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Handle incoming leads efficiently and accurately
