Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a confident and people‑focused Client Engagement Intake Specialist to serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients and support the firm’s intake operations. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, guide potential clients through initial conversations, and ensure consultations are scheduled efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in building trust, maintaining strong follow‑ups, and handling sensitive conversations with empathy and clarity. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, communicates clearly in English, and remains composed during high‑pressure interactions. Your work will directly impact client experience, lead conversion, and overall operational flow. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience working as an intake specialist or in a customer service role
  • Background in sales required
  • Excellent communication skills along with active listening in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience using CRM systems is highly preferred
  • Comfortable handling payment‑related conversations
  • Able to manage emotionally sensitive and high‑volume calls
  • Strong rapport‑building and client‑facing abilities
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Objection handling and persuasive communication
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Sales mindset with service‑oriented approach
  • Attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Location and timezone: Remote, Central Standard Time (CST)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Expected call volume: High (30 calls per day on average)

Responsibilities

  • Support the in‑house Intake Specialist as needed
  • Re‑engage previous clients to request Google reviews
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing leads
  • Manage high‑volume call activity while maintaining quality interactions
  • Respond to new inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Document call outcomes and client information in the CRM
