About The Position

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Client Operations Associate to support client implementation and ongoing product operations across our Government and Commercial fitness offerings. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, manage operational workflows, investigate issues, and help improve processes over time. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new systems, and collaborating across teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, product operations, client operations, or a related role
  • Comfort performing independent research, tracking, and reporting tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, JIRA (ticketing and documentation), and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting client implementations or onboarding programs
  • Exposure to healthcare, fitness, or benefits‑related operations
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a SaaS or client‑services environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve client and operational issues
  • Support issue resolution using established processes, documentation, and guidance
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or recurring issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of client implementation and onboarding projects
  • Support ECG (Employer/Client Group) setup and configuration activities
  • Track implementation milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Monitor progress and help identify potential risks or delays
  • Support day‑to‑day operational needs for existing client accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records and operational updates in Salesforce
  • Assist with managing internal workflows, tickets, and requests through JIRA
  • Coordinate tasks and follow‑ups across multiple initiatives and projects
  • Use Excel and internal tools to support reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking
  • Maintain implementation trackers, reference materials, and documentation
  • Contribute to improving processes, workflows, and documentation to support scalability
  • Provide clear status updates and operational insights to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams
  • Participate in team meetings and share updates, learnings, and recommendations
