As a Client Onboarding Manager in our Retirement Client Onboarding and Deconversion Services area, you’ll lead and coordinate all aspects of a multi-process project plan, while maintaining overall responsibility for the onboarding experience. What makes a candidate successful is being motivated to lead change, growth and profitability. Your day will be filled with: Independently acting as a consultant and actively advising clients and prospects as they navigate through the acquisition/implementation phase of onboarding. Establishing and improving client/intermediary relationships through effective communication and delivering expectations to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners. Communicating effectively with all parties by providing timely status reports through scheduled conference calls and timeline/project plan updates while sustaining overall responsibility. Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of all customers. Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the client's data and setting up to ensure ongoing success.
