The Client Onboarding Director serves as the owner of Attivo’s client transition experience and the leader of the firm’s client onboarding team. They are responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the end-to-end onboarding of new clients—from contract execution through successful transition to steady-state service delivery. This position blends deep technical accounting expertise, client-facing leadership, team management, and process excellence. The Client Onboarding Director ensures onboarding engagements are delivered with consistency, technical rigor, and a high bar for client experience, while also managing capacity, estimates, and cross-functional alignment with business development and delivery teams.
