Manages existing client accounts, communicate success and value of our services to our clients. Demonstrates an ability to identify and resolve problems, uses initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions. Ability to overcome client objections. Resolve client inquiries and complaints, prior to escalation of account. Demonstrate effective telephone and negotiation techniques. Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners. Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of latest developments. Accurately document pertinent collection details and activities performed on the clients account in Salesforce. Responsible for meeting/exceeding team collections objectives and goals.
