Mission: A Client Manager manages the relationships with a portfolio of key Murex clients, guiding them through every stage of the lifecycle, including implementation, ongoing support, and growth. This role requires a diverse set of skills, including effective crisis management, delivery management, and relationship management, as well as strategy development and upselling. The candidate is expected to work with clients as partners, not just customers, and involve them in the decision-making and problem-solving processes.
