About The Position

The Client Manager IV plans, coordinates, directs, and delivers complex multi-channel marketing programs. Serves as primary point of daily contact for assigned clients. Partners with Sales/Strategy/Cross functional support team to determine client goals and objectives, and transition into delivery. Build and lead execution plan. Provides results and ongoing consultation to foster a positive client relationship.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • Requires a minimum 7 years' account management experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills, PMP is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Consultative skills and problem solver
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and parallel work streams within each engagement, effectively and efficiently
  • Unquestionable work ethic, and highly professional

Nice To Haves

  • Financial institution experience (deposit, lending or operations), preferred
  • Knowledge of banking systems such as online banking, payment systems, and/or core banking is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Serves as main point of contact with assigned accounts, lead effort for implementing and managing ongoing programs/relationships, responsible for overall process management via company policies. Lead internal/external tasks and resources to develop marketing strategies including supervision of agency deliverables, driving schedule, creation assists in providing creative strategy, campaign/project proposal and project costs. Monitor day to day account activities, serving as mentor and coach to other Client Managers across all channels on client/program. 30%
  • Creates and maintains documentation related to the new processes and/or procedures; provides status updates at regular intervals through the development process; develops all education related collateral; and conducts all training sessions to appropriate individuals impacted or required to follow new processes and procedures. 15%
  • Partners with the Sales/ Strategy/ Cross functional support Teams consulting with clients to understand their business challenges and needs in order to define and propose appropriate marketing strategies and solutions; facilitates the sale of cross-organizational marketing products and services to provide clients with integrated marketing solutions. 15%
  • Lead client on boarding, development, nurturing, and ongoing strategic management of a group of key client relationships within Vericast. Oversee delivery activity by helping direct where to go and who to involve taking care of the client (other parts of the company). 10%
  • Ensures implementation of all program strategies on time and within budget and may adjust or redirect strategies as needed. Help build out current programs (evaluate, plan, execute, and grow). 5%
  • Coordinates with all channels client servicing and delivery teams to meet client requirements and will travel as needed. Participate with the Sales team in the development and presentation of multi-channel marketing strategies and initiatives specifically tailored to client objectives that include one or more of the following media channels: direct mail, digital, and call. 15%
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties above. 5%
  • Assists Sales with client meeting planning and follow up (develop a plan for how to fulfill a need identified in the meeting, troubleshooting, front end development of processes, recap of achievements, etc.) 5%
