About The Position

The Project Manager IV provides senior-level oversight of field and/or task-level project performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains. This role manages multiple complex projects concurrently and supervises project personnel to ensure successful execution. The position exercises independent judgment and advanced analytical expertise to resolve non-routine technical, operational, and managerial challenges while ensuring compliance with quality and contractual standards. Requirements

  • Approximately ten (10) years of experience in project management or related field.
  • At least four (4) years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Experience overseeing vendor integration and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and high-visibility customer relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive oversight of all aspects of project performance, including technical execution, contractual compliance, administrative coordination, and financial management.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, as required.
  • Supervise personnel engaged in project activities and assign responsibilities to subordinate staff.
  • Oversee successful completion of all assigned tasks within established scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure conformity with contractual obligations.
  • Interface with stakeholders across impacted areas, including end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for compliance and performance.
  • Manage integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Direct analysis and resolution of complex technical, administrative, and managerial issues.
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions to address project risks and performance concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver project performance reports to leadership and customers.
