About The Position
We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. The Intake Specialist will navigate high-stakes discussions and secure formal agreements to convert inquiries into active cases. This role is vital in driving the firm’s growth by building immediate rapport with potential clients and serving as their link to the legal team. The ideal candidate is a strong listener who communicates with care and clarity, builds trust quickly, and confidently gathers key details while guiding clients through next steps.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (phone, email, text)

- Route qualified inquiries to attorneys or team members
- Follow up with clients to gather additional information and maintain engagement
- Maintain accurate records while protecting confidentiality
- Support a smooth, high-quality intake process in a fast-paced environment
