This is a central role in facilitating the onboarding, transition, and conversion of financial services clients to our cost basis and tax reporting platform. The Lead Associate, Client Onboarding and Conversions is responsible for managing account openings, closures, and system conversions, ensuring a seamless and compliant client experience. The Lead Associate, Client Onboarding and Conversions engages directly with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate documentation, perform data analysis and reconciliation, and lead project management activities. The role also requires product management capabilities, including understanding platform functionality, gathering client feedback, and helping shape the onboarding experience to align with business and user needs.
