About The Position

We’re seeking a Client Growth & Retention Associate to manage renewals for expiring accounts, extend existing client relationships, and support new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven work, consultative conversations, and a goal-oriented environment where follow-through matters.

Requirements

  • Experience with client retention, renewals, or account management
  • Strong sales, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Comfort with phone, video, and face-to-face client interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Greek Life is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage expiring and inactive accounts to drive renewals
  • Develop quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations for renewals
  • Execute consultative retention strategies focused on long-term value
  • Monitor client trends, engagement, and evolving needs
  • Maintain Salesforce opportunities and account records
  • Encourage contract extensions and expanded services with existing clients
  • Support lead generation through outreach, campaigns, events, and cold-calling
  • Attend conventions and execute timely post-event follow-ups
  • Collaborate with Retention, Scheduling, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Travel up to 10% of the time (including some weekends and overnight travel) for events and photoshoots
