About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Strategic Account Lead to join our Client Experience team. In this role, you will support the Strategic Account Director in delivering forward-thinking insights for clients — leveraging Business Intelligence deliverables and audience strategies to drive measurable results . You'll coordinate deliverables, roadmap s key projects and tasks , and internal team integration across sales, media, account, and analytics to align goals, resolve issues, and maximize client satisfaction — all while strengthening relationships and turning data into actionable recommendations. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) or remote.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of account management experience at a digital agency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with 1st-party audience strategy and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative team player who performs well in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the delivery of forward-thinking insights by coordinating internal teams and resources — leveraging Business Intelligence deliverables and audience strategies — under the oversight of the Strategic Account Director to help drive measurable results for clients.
  • P oint of contact for your clients , helping to align internal resources and coordinate delivery to execute campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — including sales, media, account, and analytics — to manage timelines, resolve issues, and keep campaigns on track.
  • Analyze reports and data from Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Activate ZMP solutions by ensuring proper set-up and delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and reviews by leading agenda development across teams, recapping key points afterwards, and providing clear next steps to keep all stakeholders aligned — helping communicate progress, performance, and forward-thinking insights.
  • Support the onboarding and activation of first-party (1P) data , helping maximize its use in campaigns and drive greater client value.
  • Identify potential risks or obstacles to delivery , escalating issues when necessary and proactively offering solutions.
