Now that you know you want to join our team, here’s what you’ll be doing. What You’ll Do You’re the first person our clients get to talk with. We are not a typical healthcare office. We don’t just collect date of birth, insurance, and a time that works. A key part of what we do is understanding what’s going on, how long it’s been happening, how it’s impacting their life, and explaining how we can help.

Requirements

  • Confidence.
  • Strong communication.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort using Google Drive, CRM systems, ERM systems, and digital software tools
  • At least one year of experience in a sales role where you set appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Reassure potential clients that pelvic floor physical therapy is the right next step for them.
  • Schedule Free Consultations for new leads.
  • Follow up with clients and leads.
  • Support scheduling. You’ll help reschedule existing clients and schedule new clients.
  • Keep records updated. You’ll update all information in our ERM and CRM systems with complete and accurate details.
  • Participate in training and coaching to grow personally and professionally.
