Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
  • Three years’ experience with HR Technology solutions plus industry knowledge
  • Exceptional customer and interpersonal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Diligent documentation habits
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, productivity, dependability, and accuracy
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and client expectations
  • Proactively manage the client’s site and processes to ensure data consistency
  • Offer additional services and/or system features that may be helpful to clients
  • Facilitate annual planning meetings with clients to identify trouble areas and proactively resolve
  • Identify and adapt to potential roadblocks or missed milestones to keep project on track
  • Monitor EDI/SSO projects with clients and our internal EDI
  • Perform and understand benefit system setup, EDI account structure and troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to the strategic processes and procedures of the team
  • Efficiently gather requirements and obtain client sign-off
  • Facilitate demographic and payroll integration projects
  • Delegate and help prioritize tasks within POD
  • Provide call notes/agendas
  • Identify system limitations and submit enhancement requests
  • Ensure that policies and standards are adhered to
  • Comply with Gallagher policies and standards
  • Attend all team calls, as required
  • Contribute to strategic processes and procedures of the team
  • Address all issues quickly and professionally
  • Oversee necessary audits to ensure accuracy of critical data
  • Report all escalated issues to the Division Manager and/or upper management
  • Complete job-related training courses/seminars, as required
