We are seeking a Client Experience & Logistics Associate to support the coordination and organization of client projects in a remote environment. This role focuses on managing details, organizing logistics, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the planning process. This is a strong opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building experience in coordination, events, or client services.

Responsibilities

  • Support client communication and provide updates throughout the planning process
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and logistical details, including booking travel, activities, excursions, flights, hotels, cars and events.
  • Assist with organizing arrangements related to events and client experiences
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to confirm details
  • Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on track
