About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 for FMOL Health. The Client Executive is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence ‐ achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.

Requirements

• strong financial acumen
• experience managing multiple locations or business segments
• exceptional interpersonal skills to build positive partnerships with clients
• a strategic vision to accelerate business growth throughout the region
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years

Responsibilities

• lead and expand healthcare business in the region
• develop rapport with customers while building partnership with our client
• coordinate all unit initiatives to drive sales growth and track results
• maintain a high level of accountability for all managers and units
