About The Position

B.A.R.E. Truth Inc. is expanding its supportive services program and seeking dedicated Client Engagement Support staff to support our clients in their journey toward stability as they move from homelessness. This role involves working closely with case managers and program staff to meet clients' basic needs and support engagement activities. Responsibilities include assisting clients with essential support services such as travel, laundry, and supplies, as well as connecting them to external resources like job training, healthcare, and mental health support.

Requirements

  • Experience working in social services, homeless navigation, or a related field is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • A background in case management or direct client engagement is preferred.
  • College education is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with case managers to ensure clients' basic needs are met.
  • Provide hands-on support for daily living activities, including assistance with travel, laundry, and access to supplies.
  • Assist clients in accessing job training, healthcare, and mental health services.
  • Facilitate engagement activities to support clients in building life skills for independent living.
  • Ensure that meals are provided as scheduled.
  • Monitor facilities and assist with room checks as scheduled.
