About The Position

Act as the primary liaison between the client and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the migration journey.
Understand client business priorities and translate them into actionable migration needs, timelines, and success criteria.
Proactively manage escalations, risks, and dependencies while ensuring transparency through structured governance and executive reporting.
Drive client satisfaction by ensuring quality delivery, value realization, and smooth transition through assessment, migration, and stabilization phases.
Coordinate with AWS, engineering, security, and program leadership to ensure aligned decisions, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
