We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator Denver, CO in our Greenwood Village office. Scope The Client Engagement Coordinator is a team-based role focused on supporting local Client Executives and project teams in strengthening existing client relationships and ensuring effective local engagement. This position enables teams to deliver responsive client service, accurate Salesforce data, and efficient proposal coordination at the team level—distinct from corporate-led Business Development and Marketing functions but collaborating as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10% with occasional overnight stays
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience minimum required, 3 preferred, in project coordination, administrative support, or marketing/business development support in the Architecture Engineering and Construction industry

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Architecture Engineering and Construction industry proposals, request for quote and request for proposal processes, and event coordination is a plus
  • Collaborative mindset and client-service orientation
  • Experience supporting events, client meetings, or industry engagement activities a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a local team ambassador, representing IMEG in community, client, and industry activities
  • Plan and coordinate local client-facing events, industry conferences, and team-hosted presentations
  • Track participation in local events and maintain related data in Salesforce for budgeting and reporting
  • Support client and project procurement processes, including monitoring local requests for quote and bid sites and maintaining vendor/client portal registrations
  • Act as the team’s Salesforce “Power User,” ensuring accurate client/project data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking, and basic user support
  • Provide research, scheduling, and administrative support for client meetings, including materials preparation and action-item documentation
  • Coordinate semi-annual updates of team staff resumes, Workday credentials, and project experience records
  • Compile qualifications/proposal materials using the Central Qualifications Library, ensuring timely completion to support client meetings, Opportunity teaming, and proposal submissions in collaboration with corporate marketing and business development resources
  • Support opportunity tracking in Salesforce, monitoring deadlines and milestones to ensure responsiveness
