The Client Coordinator – IME Services is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Scheduling and Quality Assurance departments, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant coordination of interactions between clients, providers, and internal teams. This role serves as a support contact for clients, physicians, nurses, and authorized representatives, supporting general inquiries as well as escalated, time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality. This is a hybrid position.
