About The Position

Part-time Concierge / Receptionist. Job Type: Part-time shift will be (20) hrs. a week M- F 3 PM- 7 PM, plus 2 Saturday's a month from 8 AM - 12 noon. Lindora is a leading provider of personalized and comprehensive weight loss solutions. Our clinic is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic approach that combines nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle counseling. We are seeking Client Concierge to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients on their weight loss journey. Job Overview: As a Client Concierge at Lindora, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for clients, facilitating their engagement with our weight loss programs and services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Must be computer proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Ability to Relocate: West Covina, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of nutrition and weight loss principles is a plus.
  • Sales experience is highly desired.
  • The industries that Lindora prefers are health/ wellness & weight loss, fitness, med- spa or retail.

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Prep clients for visit as needed.
  • Program Information Provide detailed information about our weight loss programs, services, and offerings.
  • Explain the benefits and features of various programs to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Appointment Scheduling Coordinate and schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and program reviews.
  • Ensure efficient and timely scheduling to accommodate clients' availability.
  • Administrative Support Maintain accurate and organized client records checking all client information on every visit.
  • Assist in processing paperwork and documentation related to client enrollment.
  • Customer Service Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Follow-up and Retention Conduct follow-up calls to check on clients' progress and provide additional support.
  • Implement retention strategies to encourage clients to stay committed to their weight loss journey.
  • Educational Support Share educational materials and resources to empower clients with knowledge about healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists and fitness experts to ensure clients receive comprehensive guidance.
