Unison Health is seeking compassionate and driven individuals to join our team as Client Care Technicians. In this contingent role, you will provide both direct and indirect care to clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. This position combines clinical and administrative responsibilities, supporting both client care and office operations. Training will be provided, and prior experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments
  • Explain screening processes and route calls appropriately
  • Process prior authorizations and update client records
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of client waiting areas and lobby
  • Distribute health information to medical staff and manage office mail
  • Administer injections, prepare drug samples, perform TB screenings, and take vital signs under supervision
  • Assist in client referrals to other medical facilities and programs
  • Document client care activities and ensure confidentiality
  • Manage medication samples, process payments, and coordinate appointments
  • Collaborate with APRNs and physicians for client care and office support
  • Maintain schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Serve as liaison between medical assistants and supervisors
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
  • Maintain certification requirements and document training completion
  • Provide hands-on clinical support including vital signs, injections, TB screenings, and assisting with referrals under supervision
