About The Position

Senior Helpers of Rock Hill is seeking an experienced and compassionate Client Care Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who excels in client service, caregiver support, and operational coordination within a home care or service-based environment serving Rock Hill and surrounding areas. The Client Care Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting caregivers, overseeing staffing reliability, conducting supervisory visits, and contributing to overall agency success. This position works closely with leadership to promote continuity of care, retention, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare operations, client services, or a related leadership role
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Experience using scheduling and Electronic Medical Record systems (WellSky preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management, reliability, and accountability
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to perform fieldwork, including client home visits
  • Ability to pass background screening and meet state compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct supervisory visits and client reassessments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and family members
  • Support caregiver on-boarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure appropriate caregiver-to-client matching to promote continuity of care
  • Ensure all authorized service hours are consistently covered
  • Assist with urgent scheduling needs and client concerns as required
  • Promote caregiver and client retention
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Support operational coordination, problem solving, and service recovery
  • Track and support KPIs related to billed hours, retention, and client satisfaction
