About The Position

Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Supervisor to join our team! Headquartered in Bloomington, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.
As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.
This is an in person position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs
• Communicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregivers
• Hire and onboard new caregivers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff records
• Address and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
