Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery Develop & manage client quality assurance process to include conducting quality assurance visits & calls Manage & coordinate changing care needs with families and internal team members Provide leadership and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and professional development Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Manage client inquiries & starts of care You're the perfect fit if you have... Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or client care Experience in the senior care/healthcare industry (preferred) CNA, LPN, or RN certification/license (strongly preferred) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances To join the team, you'll need... Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or client care
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
