We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our practice and play an important role in ensuring our days run smoothly. Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):
Excellent client service skills
Excellent phone skills
Computer skill preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and problem solve
Organized, ability to take direction, ability to handle money accurately and honestly
High level of attention to detail
Possess sound decision making skills and ability to multi-task while working in a stressful environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is required
Dependable attendance is required
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day

Responsibilities

Client service

Maintain charts and computer records
Pharmacy and retail sales
Marketing implementation
Maintenance/housekeeping
Financial responsibilities
Process patient photos and dental charts
