Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in the home care industry, medical office or customer service setting.
  • Current caregivers, NAC/CNA/HCA encourage to apply.
  • If you’re not certified, must be willing to complete your HCA training within 120 days of hire. We will pay for your training.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and willing to drive within Spokane County.

Responsibilities

  • Client Care Coordinators develop and maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client & caregiver experiences and communicating with clients, families, care staff and referral sources.
  • Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
  • Maintains a calm, positive demeanor always and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
  • Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.
  • Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.
  • Answers the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller.
  • Relies on empathy to learn and understand a family’s care needs.
  • Shares helpful community resources.
  • Schedule in-home consultations and care delivery start dates.
  • Has a successful sales track record in converting customers over the phone and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
  • Complete supervisory visits of clients and care staff when needed.
  • Always maintains professionalism and proper business etiquette with interaction between clients, families, care staff, referral sources and office staff.
  • Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required.
  • Work will generally be performed in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes or partner facilities may be required.
  • Assist with sales, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and personnel management.
  • Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed by the Administrator.
