Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales/marketing (healthcare preferred)
  • Willing to drive in Spokane and Coeur D'Alene metro area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Independent, proactive, and sound judgment
  • Willing to be on-call occasionally (evenings/weekends)
  • Current caregivers and healthcare professionals encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth : Increase care hours, build a profitable referral pipeline, and expand market share.
  • Sales Strategy : Plan weekly sales activities, conduct cold calls , drop-in visits, and maintain detailed records in our CRM.
  • Social Media Management : Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms and interact with followers to build brand awareness.
  • Goal-Oriented : Set and achieve monthly sales targets with a strong desire to win and grow.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through consistent outreach and communication.
