As a member of the National Accounts team, the primary responsibility of the National Accounts Analyst is to provide operational, analytical, and client servicing support to the team members servicing key home office relationships at the major wire houses and broker dealers. Client & Relationship Support Partner closely with senior Relationship Managers to support coverage across key client channels, including Independent Broker Dealers and Wirehouses Assist with day-to-day client interactions: providing materials and fact sheets, ensuring timely follow-up on action items, and coordinating meetings with internal teams Develop strong relationships with internal groups (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Client Service, Reporting, Marketing, RFP, and Portfolio Management) to process and resolve client requests, manage deadlines, and deliver a superior client experience Sales Enablement & Analytics Run client and prospect lists, schedule and coordinate meetings, and support targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and other data sources Analyze competitive landscape and portfolio characteristics across strategies using investment research tools for product onboarding, research advocacy, and discretionary model placement Support AUM and flow reporting, ensuring trades and flows are correctly tagged and captured across channels CRM & Data Management Streamline client database (Salesforce) management to enable proper team coverage, prospect identification, and accurate firm information storage Maintain core business data files, channel coding, and sales collateral in coordination with internal stakeholders Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance CRM hygiene, data workflows, and reporting processes - reducing manual effort and improving turnaround times Operations & Process Improvement Act as a day-to-day coordination point across teams, helping drive internal process improvement and data insights to support business growth Content & Presentations Play an integral role in creating client deliverables pre- and post-engagement, handling ad hoc requests, and maintaining quality control Create customized presentations on the state of the business for senior management, key internal stakeholders, and clients Maintain and organize sales collateral, product menus, and related materials across channels Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, intermediary distribution, or a related financial services role (e.g., business management, sales support) Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with large datasets and effectively visualize information Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) and a proactive mindset toward using AI to automate workflows, surface insights, and create efficiencies across sales and operations functions Ability to identify repetitive or manual workflows and apply AI-assisted solutions to improve speed and accuracy Experience or strong interest in using AI for tasks such as meeting prep automation, CRM data enrichment, competitive analysis summaries, presentation drafting, or client communication templates Eagerness to stay current on emerging AI tools relevant to asset management distribution and sales enablement Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize information and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects across numerous internal groups Proactive, resourceful, highly motivated, and eager to learn; team player who is coachable and curious Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with evolving priorities Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) required or to be obtained within 3–6 months of hire date #LI-JG3 #LI-Hybrid Neuberger Berman is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
