About The Position

The Client Advisory Support ("CAS") Department is seeking to fill a CAS Analyst position. CAS serves as the client onboarding hub, primarily managing account opening and account maintenance for client and wealth advisors. The selected candidate will focus primarily on account opening, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of KYC and CIP programs.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and develop effective solutions to challenges.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Two or more years experience in client onboarding or financial services.

  • Candidates with experience in client onboarding and services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare account opening packages and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Client Identification Program (CIP) documents.
  • Assess corporate governance documents to determine organizational structure and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of the client record database.
  • Provide onboarding support to Client Advisor teams.
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns regarding client account documents, collaborating with management, legal, and compliance as necessary.
  • Analyze keys terms of legal agreements such as trust instruments, wills, operating agreements, and bylaws.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Client Advisors
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with Client Advisors and internal business partners.
  • Support various projects, including process optimization, compliance initiatives, and data analysis, as needed.
