About The Position
Steve Padgetts Honda of Lake Murray is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor to join our team in Irmo, SC. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge. You will focus on identifying customer needs and offering tailored vehicle solutions to ensure a positive buying experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Perform thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles that fit customer preferences.
- Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to negotiate pricing and financing options effectively.
- Complete all necessary sales documentation and coordinate vehicle delivery processes.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.
