About The Position

Fully Promoted is seeking a Client Account Specialist to drive sales and manage customer relationships for their branded apparel and promotional products business. This role is sales-forward, blending inside sales, prospecting, and account management, serving as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, enjoy building relationships, and helping businesses find promotional solutions. Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
  • Comfort with outbound calling, prospecting, and follow-up
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with POS, accounting, or CRM systems is a plus
  • Promotional products, embroidery, or graphics industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with product recommendations, pricing, and quotes
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and telemarketing to existing clients, inactive accounts, and new prospects
  • Follow up with top clients and manage ongoing account relationships
  • Prospect new business using lead lists, directories, and local business resources
  • Support and execute in-house marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns
  • Guide clients through the full order lifecycle, from quote to completion
  • Accurately complete work orders, invoices, and customer records
  • Maintain and update the customer database/CRM for effective follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with vendors to support pricing and order accuracy
  • Cross-train in other areas of the store and assist ownership with reporting and administrative tasks
