About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, managing their accounts with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met promptly, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, keeping accurate and updated records.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor client accounts for billing accuracy and assist with invoicing processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and service performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services to existing clients.
