A Client Access Representative is responsible for performing complex/multiple clerical support functions within clinician office practices having a high volume of public contact with clients/patients. The Client Access Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding the department goals and expectations. Due to the volume and type of services being provided, there exists the potential for highly stressful and challenging encounters. The Client Access Representative is responsible for the overall process of scheduling clients, collection of payment and maintaining current and updated client paperwork.
