Requirements

Ability to plan, order, track, receive, and properly document all tobacco products.
Passionate and persistent about a delivering a stellar customer experience.
A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals.
Demonstrated flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to a frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.
Strong communicator with a professional presence to build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Conduct all tobacco product ordering and receiving to include both paperwork and systems documentation, unloading and storing, transferring from wholesale to retail, and tracking sales and performance.
Provide an upscale customer experience in the store, bar, smoking lounge and overall location through exemplary service and selling skills. Serves as a JR Cigar Outlet brand ambassador.
Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results. Accountable for becoming a trusted, successful expert in the store and consistently works as part of a team to exceed sales and KPI goals.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of JR Cigar Outlet products.
Assists in the complete operations of the store, including marking prices, restocking, inventory, and product maintenance.
Performs all functions to effectively execute corporate initiatives in a timely, efficient and resource-wise manner.
Follows all JR Cigar Outlet policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as state and local regulations.
Maintains visual and cleanliness standards to support the brand image. Ensures a comfortable, responsible and safe environment.
Other duties as assigned.
