ROLE SUMMARY Reporting directly to the Manager, Community Engagement and Enrollment, the Clerk, Phone Banker for Community Engagement and Enrollment conduct phone outreach to prospective families for scholar recruitment purposes on behalf of a subset of Alliance’s 26 schools. Phone Banker(s) will be responsible for closely tracking progress against call lists, and reporting out on progress following each shift.
