Your day as a Customer Service Representative As a new Customer Service Representative at SC State Credit Union, your daily expectations will include assisting members with their inquiries and transactions in, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction. Engaging with members over the phone, you'll deliver personalized service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
