Requirements

Minimum age: 18
High school diploma, GED or international equivalent
Possess the legal right to work in the United States
Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
Ability to speak/write and be understood by peers, internal and external customers
Must possess excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills and to compose routine correspondence
Working knowledge of standard computer systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
Collect mail ranging in weight from a few ounces to 50 pounds
Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time
Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off

Responsibilities

Responsible for the audit of aircraft and component records/data in computer systems
Ability to learn new software applications as needed
Research aircraft documents
Update company systems through data entry
Ability to prioritize work projects in order to meet competing deadlines, show initiative and critical thinking skills
Maintain all aircraft maintenance records. Tasks must be performed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Flexible with work demands, capable of adapting to constant change as well as have the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated
