The primary role of the position is to assist in carrying out in an efficient and productive manner, the responsibilities of the office of Human Resources. Receives, processes, and maintains files and records for applicants and employees of the district. Monitors access to human resource (HR) records and maintains proper security and confidentiality. Under moderate supervision, respond to inquiries from staff, students, parents, and the public; provide requested information and/or referral to the appropriate parties; direct visitors; and provide general clerical support for the efficient operation of the human resources office.
