Provides support to Technical Services division as well as all departments within UO for document categorization, storage, retrieval and archiving. Requires interpretation of the customer request for proper researching and location of required documents in the Electronic Document Management System. Responsible for the accurate filing and storage of paper and digital documentation in the Electronic Document Management System. Must be entrusted to adhere to the applicable confidentiality and privacy rules governing the dissemination of all documentation. Performs office duties under regular supervision for Document Control department.
