Essential Duties and Accountabilities 1. Reviews all open RMAs/RMFs daily to ensure they are being issued in a timely manner by managing the returns report. 2. Issues and enters RMAs/RMF paperwork for submission of approval/decline of replacement items or credit request. 3. Creates 505 Open Order Report in a.m. that will be presented to upper management showing the status of open RMAs. 4. Communicates directly with customers to obtain statuses on open RMAs and items pending return. 5. Enter orders for alterations and remakes, pre-orders or both. 6. Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks. 7. Review and correct daily RMAs with missing or excess items that are received at the PBE Warehouse. 8. Provide the necessary support to the Alterations Team in the factory, in regard to Rush/Super Rush RMFs. 9. Ensures Returns Managers signature of approval on all RMAs prior to RMF submission. 10. Complete the daily RMA Action Sheet to be synchronized with the RMA daily report. 11. Assist the Returns Manager and Returns Team Lead where needed in the daily job activities. 12. Read, comply and understand the PBE Returns Policy. 13. Provide assistance to Customer Service on any RMA issues. 14. Ensure all orders meet aggregation dates to avoid delays in manufacture/shipping. 15. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards. 16. Maintains a safe and clean work area. 17. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
