About The Position

Reporting to the Supervisor, Onboarding Account Setup, this position provides for the onboarding set-up of customer processing requirements and related account information within the Order Management System. Responsible for the accurate and timely onboarding of customer processing requirements and related account information for account and order processing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or GED equivalent.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel) and excellent keyboard skills with high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities in handling multiple assignments and work under pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to work/communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers and provide courteous service on the phone to our customers
  • Adhere to Brodart rules, policies and standards of conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Enters customer orders and quotes
  • Maintains PDQ and ABM ordering programs
  • Setup new accounts for Supplies product line
  • Specs orders prior to Administrative Assistant entering them
  • Assist as needed with mailing and other clerical duties as assigned by supervision.
  • Answer phone calls and submit orders from in-bound phone calls.
  • Responsible for regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Cross training and substitution of tasks that may be of higher classification as required by supervision.
