Responsibilities include using basic computer skills for data entry, customer service, scanning, imaging, filing, answering calls, and handling mail and voicemail. Requirements

  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
  • A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
  • You must pass a background investigation.
