The Clerical Medical Office Assistant position is part of the Specialty Health Care Department and is a full-time role working approximately 80 hours per two-week pay period. The standard schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility required to accommodate practitioner schedules, vacations, and time off. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations by providing administrative, clerical, and patient support services. The Clerical Medical Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience through professional communication, organization, and attention to detail while assisting both patients and healthcare providers.
