About The Position
2025-2026 VACANCY LTS Special Education Teacher Chester Elementary School Summary: Seeking a Long-term Substitute Special Education Teacher with experience in delivering structured, multisensory, and sequential literacy instruction designed to support students with reading disabilities including dyslexia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in teaching phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding, encoding, and fluency through explicit, cumulative, and diagnostic methods that respond to individual student needs.
