About The Position
Full-time Math Interventionist & Instructional Coach to drive student growth through targeted small group instruction (intervention/enrichment), data analysis, and collaboration with teachers on best practices and rigorous curriculum (9-12, aligned with CT & National standards, culturally responsive). Responsibilities include curriculum development/implementation, student support (pull-in/out, SSRT), instructional coaching (1:1 PD, math meetings, modeling), Freshman Academy support, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Master's in Math Ed or related
- CT Math certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with diverse learners & data-driven instruction
Nice To Haves
- Instructional coaching experience preferred
