Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent, CDA or Associate degree preferred
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• Promote the positive image of the company and play a key role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. Greet new and existing families with a smile.
• Be prepared to help out in all areas as needed.
• Be yourself and showcase your talents.
