The Center for Human Resources at San Diego State University is seeking a Classification & Compensation Coordinator to join our Employment Services team. Working closely with and in support of a Senior Classification & Compensation Analyst, this role offers hands-on experience in the technical foundations of position management, compensation review, and workforce documentation.
